Comments:
The fan in the 100 watt outboard amp was running for all its worth - shack not
air-conditioned!
Had only one Q on 15 after working a couple before the start - sure hoped for
more. 20 was good as was 40, but much harder to be heard on 40 in the scrum.
Glad to get Hiram on a couple bands, and heard only N8EA on 160 tonight, but no
cigar!
RBN reports I was heard in Iceland on 15 with a good SNR, so I guess the band
was still open eastward. Unfortunately, not anywhere else!
