Comments:
During the 1300Z session Solar X-ray output was at
the B/C-level border, but there were still quite a
bit of electrons in store from an earlier C8-peak
and its decay. Therefore USA-condx were good with
quite a few new callsigns, but a long wait in the
pile-ups of the Top Scorers. At times I tried a
bit of offset, but it is hard to guess what is
too much. Anyway, nice result for the low wire
sloping SSW (205 deg).
Sunspots were now in the forties in contrast to
ZERO during ARRL 28 MHz where I got up to 9 Q's.
It was a shock to see the number of logs sent in
after the happening. Many were enjoying moments
of sporadic E and some F2-skip in lower latitudes.
Among the few I logged FR4KR as well, indeed!
Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA #1856 CWops
