Comments:
Started on 20. There were a few good signals, but the band was generally washed
out. I worked quite a few weak guys. No rate, so went to 40 at 1916Z. Things
picked up nicely. Increased speed to 40 WPM, but could not make up for the
first 15 minutes. Always different!
