Comments:
Condx kinda blechhh on 20m this morning, but I went to coffee a bit earlier than
normal so figured everyone was on 40m. Fourty is tough from a mobile but eeked
out 5 Q's, then went to 20m and slammed off 5 more very easily.
N8BJQ was in the noise (weird, as Steve is normally one of hte loudest stns
here)
A very small point of contention. Seems to be one fella who always comes back
to VE9AA rather than VE9AA/m.......I "think" it's because he's trying
to save time or maybe is not expecting the "/m".........not sure, but
always seems to be the same guy.
In the MINI, parked or in motion, I am supposed to send the /M, so please if we
work, that's the call you should come back to as THAT is my call.
Opposite to that are the guys that send 9a1xyx/qrp........"/QRP" is
most definately not their callsign.
Like I said, very very minor and in the grand scheme of things, it means almost
nothing. Just something that always bugs me.
73 de Mike VE9AA/M........dit dit from the MINI COOPER !
