Everything was going too well. About 6 hours before the contest, the balun on
the TH7 blew up also causing damage to the ampliflier. Luckily I was able to get
a loan of one at short notice, but I had to drop the tower on saturday morning
and repair the balun.
That aside conditions were much better than expected from here. I had some nice
runs even into the west coast especially on 15m. Also, more ua9's than normal..
was strange to hear kh7x calling CQ on 15m sunday evening with callers!!!
