     Comments:

 I thought conditions were very poor on all bands, but I still
 had a great time.  I see that WWV reports at 1500Z on 3/22/98
 show the A index at 26 and a major storm!  Guess thats
 what did it.

 I wish more USA stations would take part in this contest!
