[WriteLog] Unsupported Contest

I asked this question early on, but got no response. For manually entered
contests is there a way to set up the points/multipliers for the contest. I
see these are generally in files for the supported contests, but In reading
the documentation I don't see how to create this file for an unsupported
contest.
