There are two versions Winkeyers.
The older one, with the speed control on the top of the box is, in Writelog,
called
"K1EL Winkey" and it has a serial interface.
The newer one, with the speed control on the front and four memory buttons
(1 red
and 3 black) is, in Writelog, called "K1ELWinkey 2". The box says 'WinKeyer
USB'
and it has a USB interface.
If I remember correctly, the option for "K1EL Winkey 2" started to appear in
version 10.68F. Before 10.68F there was only "K1EL Winkey" -- and that
worked
with both versions of the WinKeyer, but did not support all the functions
of the
WinKeyer USB (most notably port switching for SO2R).
