I also like the M2 6M-3SS however I replaced the stock mast U-bolt hardware with a little better and larger U-bolt clamp. Other than that, it works like a charm! 73 Mike WB8BZK/R and portable Buddy Morgan, WB4OMG wrote... Assembling antennas for portable/rover operation is a pain. For the June contest, at WQ4M, EL 79, we used the M2 6M-3SS. Although it was not as easy to assemble as Marshall wants, it was a lot easier than the M2 6M3, that I own.
