Hello all,
Hint to those who have never taken one of these rotators apart.
After you remove the bolts/screws holding the upper housing to the lower
housing, place the rotator in a plastic 5 gallon bucket BEFORE YOU
ACTUALLY SEPARATE THE TWO HOUSINGS. The ball bearings have a nasty
habit of pouring out and running all over the room. You will spend
plenty of time on your knees looking for all of them. This keeps them
together in one place.
Also, if the balls themselves are any bit questionable regarding their
condition, you can purchase new ones from McMaster-Carr reasonably.
