I was told that the "standard" color code taught in the military was:
Black, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Gray, White.
However, as has been pointed out, I use the two heavy wires on the motor
leads.
There is a saying that was used to remember the order that I will give to
anyone that emails me.

I always do mine in alphabetical order, 2 groups. First the 2 larger ones,
then the other 6. Never had to remember to write things down. And if I had
to splice cable with different colors, no biggy.

Hello gang.
It has been years since I hooked up a T2X and using Beldon cable with 2
big wires and 6 smaller wires I tried to remember the proper connections.
I have two manuals and there is nothing in the manuals. Here is what I
used:
1 Big white
2 black
3 yellow
4 brown
5 Big orange
6 green
7 red
8 blue
Let me know if this is correct.
