Wow! There's a loaded question. It depends. What paths/take off angles do you want? How many radials for the verticals? What is the surrounding terrain like? How high is the yagi? Take all that into account and then see what it takes to build a comparable 4-square versus a tower/rotor/yagi for 80M. It would be a real disappointment to put together something that had a ton of gain all pointed in the wrong direction/take off angle for the path you want to exploit.
