Jack's idea of asking the rotator repair folks is good. If you have to replace
it you may consider the DCU-2, the new DCU-3, and/or Green Heron's RT-21.

You might check with HY GAIN/MFJ or one of the rotator repair services
Why don't you claim it with homeowners?
