[TowerTalk] Tri-Ex T-15 base plate

Does anyone have a drawing of the base plate for a Tri-Ex T-15 guyed tower?

Emailed Tashjian Towers who still make the T-15 but so far no reply.

If anyone has one of these base plates I would be interested in buying it, 
meanwhile
the drawing with dimensions would help, time to get my antennas back up.
