[TowerTalk] PVC and RF

I once bought a HiTower used.  One of the insulators was replaced with
white PVC.  It didn't seem to arc over at full power on 80.
Apparently, the factory supplied one did at some time!

However, I didn't use it in a contest environment so perhaps the white
PVC would have failed too.

I'd get more votes to see if white or black wins.
