Wouldn't NoAlOx work well? After all, it's just zinc particles suspended 
in silicone grease. Tower sections are galvanized with zinc. Seems safe.

On the other hand, a copper-based compound would be the WRONG thing to 
use, as you'd set up a galvanic reaction between the zinc and the copper.
