Hi Arne, 

I'd suggest contacting Andy about that. I'm not his QSL manager, I only collect 
his mail and forward it to him once every couple of months or so. I know, it's 
a painful and slow process but I simply have no time to act as his manager. 
Hope you'll get the new one soon!
