Tom,
This seems like a worthwhile cause and I've been following your
correspondence on the PSK31 mail list. Seems like the low-end of 160
between say 1805 to 1807 would work well. Although most PSK31 signals are
relatively weak, so are 160-meter DX stations! You may want to forward your
correspondence to the ARRL and IARU. Once habits begin to set in, it's
difficult to break them. I'm not sure how much PSK31 activity is occurring
on 160M, but it's one more source of interference we don't to interfere with
weak-signal reception. Thanks for your efforts.
