[TenTec] OMNI.D 546 REPORT

Greetings,

What I did today with the OMNI.D 546 was to set the transmitt frequency while 
transmitting 7.188, then I used the OFFSET to clarify the receive.  Reports 
were good, I was received well on my transmit frequency 7.188

Not sure if this is normal operating practice with the OMNI.D but is appear to 
work.
