Has anyone interfaced the SPE Expert 1.3k-FA linear amplifier to an Omni
VII?
The manual for the linear describes the interface as being
compatible with Ten-Tec. The linear will follow the band selected by
the Ten-Tec rig, using the RS232 connection between the two. However, by
"Ten-Tec protocol" I don't know if they refer to the Orion, the Eagle,
the Omni VII or what. Or, do all these Ten-Tec rigs use a protocol
sufficiently similar that it shouldn't matter?
