As for the REF Contest, I can't help here. In fact, I don't even know if it
will take place this year! Visited REF www site and did not find any hint of
it. I found: Du 30/01 a 06 h au 31/01 a 18 h : CHAMPIONNAT DE FRANCE CW, but
could not find LES REGLEMENTS. Old rules at SM3CER Contest Calendar don't
say how many points a QSO with French/DOM/TOM station is worth...

EXCHANGE RECEIVED = RST QSO NUMBER OR DOMESTIC QTH
EXCHANGE MEMORY ENABLE = TRUE

It won't.

It does.
ADD DOMESTIC COUNTRY = CLEAR
ADD DOMESTIC COUNTRY = F
ADD DOMESTIC COUNTRY = TK
ADD DOMESTIC COUNTRY = FG
ADD DOMESTIC COUNTRY = FH
ADD DOMESTIC COUNTRY = FJ
...
DOMESTIC MULTIPLIER = WYSIWYG DOMESTIC
Now, if you want to have INITIAL EXCHANGE enabled, this does not work.
