I do use LOTW, love it.? I have a good route for an OH3 Gent that operated that
call during the time frame, looking for an 80mtr QSL.

? Be careful on requesting QSLs from say 1998.? I looked at the list W3UR
publishes and some were SK and several had changed calls.? If you want a hard
copy QSL check QRZ to see if the ham is still alive.? Often they will list who
they are managers for.? Try an e-mail if unsure.
If you just need a confirmation use LoTW.? Nothing lost by trying.
