[SECC] Alabama Contest Group and SECC Club Circle

Good thoughts Jeff, my ears always perk up when I hear thoughts about  moving 
the circle. When I left Alt I moved to Rincon GA about 30 miles NW  of 
Savannah. This is a rather isolated spot for club activity. I think I am  about 
23 
miles outside the SECC circle and a bit more from the FCG circle. If  the SECC 
circle was moved a bit SE I might just make it!!
