[SECC] NAQP moment

I was reading the 3830 posts and noted that WA6O said he made
some QSOs on 40 using 2 watts into his C-3.  I remembered working 
an ESP-level CA station and, sure enough, it was WA6O.  Nice to
know I was able to pull out a tough QSO.
