Hi Lee: The reason not to is that there is no credit unless both
stations send in a log. So you are wasting the other guy's time with no
chance for him to get credit for it. I'd guess they would have to count
such contacts as one of the three needed before the same station can be
worked again, but that is only a guess. That would be the only way a
contact with someone who won't send in a log would help. 73, John.
