Before you call the power company, make note of a sticker that should be on
the side or bottom of the light. The number and color will tell them all
needed about the light. Also make sure they know it is the bulb not the
photo cell. They'll often come out and change the photo cell when the cause
is the bulb. If they change both that's fine. A night time problem means the
photo cell is OK. I'm betting on an HPS. Any takers?
