This brings up a good point. I have answered several support calls from
customers (not all of them new) that are totally confused about our new
products - their respective names -- and which one they should be
purchasing.
I wish we could find some way to clearly communicate to the customers
1. our new hardware
2. what their names are
3. what they are synonymous with (i.e. AP/RG ect)
There just seems to be a lot of confusion out there. They want it --
they just are confused about exactly what to order.
