Concerning the missing CW Status window, the -reset switch did not help.  I 
am in CW mode for sure.  Its not something I absolutely must have but nice 
to see.  The Alt R does bring up the Rate box.  I have slid all the windows 
around to make sure it is not hidden behind one of them. Thanks for all the
