The NHQP has been in September starting in 2016. Before that it was in February.

Last weekend was a busy one for QSO parties-WA, IA, TX, NJ, and NH. Made a few
QSOs in each, some more than others.
Is my memory failing or did the NH QSO party used to be earlier in the year? I
know I have a certificate or two from way back in the 80s for it, but I seem to
remember it being in February? Is that correct?
