OK, then. K4XS gets to check all WRTC logs against each other within 18 hours of the contest end and against all local entrants who can get their paper logs to WRTC HQ within 30 minutes of the contest end and again all others who FAX their paper log to the WRTC sponsor's special long distance number within the same time limit.
