RE: CAC Ruminations About ARRL DX Exchange
The ARRL staff in Newington AND the Board of Directors have stated on
numerous occasions that Field Day is not a contest, it is an operating
event. Accordingly, suggestions regarding Field Day sent to Newington do
not get referred to the CAC. I offer no opinion here on this policy one
way or the other. However, it IS official ARRL policy. Comments &
suggestions regarding Field Day should be sent to your ARRL Director.
