So, anyone know the technical definition of "working voltage" if it isn't
the, um, voltage the capacitor can work at? Don't you just love
specsmanship?
Incidentally, I understand some electrolytics can be reformed to a higher
working voltage if you apply a gradually increasing bias to them and then
hold them for a while somewhat above the desired W.V.
