Try rf parts.  they have amperex 3-500z.  don't know if the anode on that is 
the design you are looking for or not but i'm thinking it isn't graphite 
since it's a z.  you will have to call them and ask.  rob a bank first as 
they are around $245 ea.   www.rfparts.com

another possibility is richardson electronics.  www.rell.com    you will pay 
a lot with them too if they have what you are looking for, which will 
probably be nos.   no free lunch.
