You need to look at the settings in your writelog.ini file. Here is where you set up your baud rate. Don't set the baud rate in windows because writelog.ini is where this is done. There is a section

Jim I have used these, BUT the current version of the HELP file, under DCU-1 clearly states that no .ini entries affect that device. So, I assumed that that was the final answer on that one. Would be
