1. [Trlog] DVP board (score: 1)
Author: Ken Beals <k6mr@pacbell.net>

Anybody out there using a K1EA DVP board? Thought I'd try it out during field day. The board seems to work just fine under CT. When I run it under TR, the output audio level is very low. It seems lik

Thanks to all for the notes that DVP boards should work just fine. I guess I wasn't sure how many people were still using them. Bottom line is it turned out to be connection error. I swapped a couple

Yes, I know that RTTY and TRLog is a bit rough (and the manual says "there is no warranty"), but I tried it today and it worked pretty well. The only thing I could not get to work is the F2 key in S&

I've been playing with TR's Sprint mode in the Thursday night NCCC NS sprint practice. If you haven't participated, it uses basically the Internet Sprint rules (#, previous name, QTH). I'm thinking I

OK, I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it. I've been so used to it being in the mode until the end of the qso, it spooked me. Face it, it's smarter than I am (or rather, you are......). tn

I'm no expert, but I believe this is usually due to not having a TRMASTER file (or perhaps one without enough data in it). This happened to me when I first started using TR. Now that I have a good si

Anyone out there using the parallel port pin options for xmit and record with SBDVP? I'm starting up with: SBDVP -m4p1 -o6p1 -p1 -v The PTT line works fine. The other two lines start up low, but the

Eric: I don't think I've completely figured this out, but I'm getting closer. The big difference (to me) with the sprint is that the F keys change mode before you are sure that the qso is completed.

Sorry for what will probably be a redundant question, but my search in the archives didn't find anything: I noticed during CQP that the entered (received) QTH was modified according to the .dom file.
