The log for the Makrothen Contest comes out FB. There is no RST or State/Province/DXCC listed on the Cabrillo log. The logs shows the 160 meter contacts but it doesn't claim points for them. There is

Jerry, I believe you just sign your existing Cabrillo file using the TQSL program and it will save as a TQ8 and you upload that. That is just digitally signing a Cab file. If I am not mistaken. 73, J

Ed, it is legal to operate RTTY on any portion of the 160m band. In general for the US we work from 1.800-1.810Mhz. But if you want to try and work some EU and SA then you will have to go above 1.838
