Ran into this problem using CT 9.81 in the ARRL SS phone contest. The screen where I enter the QSOs showed the same number 213 twice. I exited CT and restarted the program but it still showed the QSO

Field Day rules require you stay on a band for 15 minutes after 1 QSO is made. CT used to display the count down timer which shows how long you have to wait before you can legally change bands. Howev
