[Skimmertalk] Number in suffix

Skimmer uses the file patt3Ch.lst to parse callsigns.  The only callsign
patterns currently recognized that start with PC6 are:

  PC6##@@@@
  PC6@@@
  PC6@@@@

Where @ represents a letter, and # represents a number.

So it is unlikely that these callsigns will be correctly recognized by most
skimmers until the patt3Ch.lst file is updated.  This can be done on the
RBN server and checked by the RBN Aggregator, but each Skimmer operator
will have to download the new file manually.
