[Skimmertalk] new red pitaya

Trying to figure out the impact of changes to my skimmer setup drove me
nuts as there was no stable method to test at a system level the mods.
Eventually I found a solution - the Elecraft KG3 sig gen.  A feature of
that device is the ability to program CW (and RTTY) including a CQ
sequence which can be read by the skimmer.

Given the stable source, the skimmer's SNR is stable to the dB level and
precise incremental change  observations are possible.
