[Skimmertalk] QS1R under SkimSrv cycles between ready/usb bulk read failed

My QS1R seems to be developing a problem.  It will run fine for a few 
hours to a few days.  And then will start cycling between a "SDR 
receiver OK" indication and a "usb bulk read failed indication" - with 
the cycling lasting about 4-5 seconds for each indication.  If I cycle 
power, it's fine again for awhile.

Was hoping others may have had a similar problem and know what the 
solution is?
