[Skimmertalk] Red Pitaya + Skimmer Server only receiving on lowest band

Apparently there was a problem with version 20180512 of the Red Pitaya SDR
Receiver Compatible with HPSDR that was uploaded to the Application
Marketplace.  Please uninstall and reinstall 20180305 to fix it.

There indeed is a problem with the latest version (20180512). I've
already fixed it in the code but it'll take me some time to make a new
release.

As a temporary workaround, I've removed the latest version (20180512)
from the Red Pitaya application market place and reuploaded the previous
one (20180305). To downgrade, the currently installed application should
be uninstalled and then reinstalled.
