[Skimmertalk] Z60A not being copied by CT1BOH-#

For the record(I posted this earlier, I believe), the pre-existing
patt3ch.lst file did not contain any Z6 patterns.  We added one as soon
as we became aware of the problem, but propagation of the change to
individual nodes depends on node-ops responding to a prompt from the
Aggregator and downloading the new pattern file from the "mother ship."

I thought it used the Patt3Ch.lst which includes Z6.One thing I have found is that my RP skimmers don't spot signals that overload it. Anything around 60 dB or greater s/n may not be spotted. This includes signals like KH7XS VE6WZ W6KH and of course some locals. They may get spotted on harmonics, but not on their fundamental freqs. While this may not apply in the Z60A cases, it is something to be aware of. I am anxiously waiting for the results of the testing by the DL group that N6TV mentioned. They were working on an improvement in dynamic range for the RPLee VE7CC

We did excessive tests over months, various time periods, various stations, various power levels and all kind of sort you can imagine of. The results showed very clear that our club station callsign XX0X is not recognized as good as when I send another callsign in CW. That happens to "CQ CQ CQ de XX0X XX0X XX0X" but also to "TEST TEST TEST DE XX0X XX0X XX0X" calls. This issue still exists and I can reproduce it.
