[Skimmertalk] Deaf QS1R

See link at bottom of my last post.  In sum, the new one is intended to
optimize the board for use as an SDR receiver (better sensitivity, better
isolation between antenna ports).

I expect it to be more expensive than the current model, because fewer will
be made (smaller market).  It could also be 6 mos before the hardware and
software is ready for prime time, but that's just my uneducated guess.
