For those who experienced the "Cannot load the interface DLL" issue, this should 
fix it.

Be sure to put SkimSrv.exe and SDRPlayIntf.dll in the same folder, and start 
Skimmer Server by double-clicking on SkimSrv.exe .

If you received the message "MSVCP104.dll is missing", see the readme.txt 
included in the zip file.
