[Skimmertalk] FT8 Skimmer?

The WSJT-X program has an option to send all signals copied to pskreporter,
but I don't think those are turned into cluster spots.  When connected to a
receiver with a wide passband, WSJT-X will decode (and spot on pskreporter)
all stations heard.

I use PSKReporter in much the same way as I use RBN.  I'll CQ on FT8 and
watch the spots populate the map on the PSKReporter website.
