SDR for compatible with VE3NEA's CW Skimmer Server and RTTY Skimmer Server,

Thanks to Nathanel, W2NAF, for re-posting my original note with the newest
information and links.

FYI, I experimented with the Red Pitaya aluminum enclosure, which acts like
a giant heat sink, but it doesn't have a place to put a fan.  Unfortunately
the internal temperature of the FPGA rose as high as 78° C (85° C. is the
recommended limit), and the entire case became quite warm.  So I switched
back to the Red Pitaya plastic enclosure, with a small 30mm x 30mm x 10 mm
5V DC fan, and now the reported temperature is only about 67.5° C.
