[Skimmertalk] Updates to patt3ch.lst? SC9W

Hi,

We will be using the callsign SC9W in the IARU HF Championship this
weekend. It looks like CW-Skimmer is not detecting this call very well.

In the latest patt3ch.lst the SC9 prefix is described as this:
SC9#@@@

Please update your patt3ch.lst file with:
+ SC9@

(Not sure what the + sign does?)

In general, regarding the Swedish prefixes, callsign with number 8 and 9
(non-existing call area) has started been issued. Probably there should be
more corrections to the patt3ch.lst file.
