Red Pitaya-10 and S9-C long term one week.

QS1R and S9-C has discontinued , our choice for multi-band SkimServ,
is only Red Pitaya the present time.
( It's very sorry Phil N8VB stop developing New QS1R )

I feel even 10bit Red Pitaya is good enough for SkimServ.
