[Skimmertalk] new aggregator

Both your hardware and software configurations are unique to me. Answers 
to the following questions may help me figure out what's going on.

1)  If you don't run HDSDR and don't use the tee will ini rotation work 
with the the Hermes and/or Red Pitaya?

2)  If you do run HDSDR with the tee will ini rotation work with a QS1R?
