Sorry, I should have reviewed my own presentation
<http://bit.ly/UsingRBN2015> on this subject.  See slide 22.  Briefly:

Originally CW Skimmer recognized just: "CQ", "TEST", and "QRZ"
VE3NEA later added "FD", "SS”, "NA" and "UP"

If they are listening down instead of up (can't remember *ever* seeing that
done before), CW Skimmer will *not* recognize "DN" as a "CQ" and they will
not be spotted much.
